The city of Altur is the grandest in the Laellu Empire and is regarded as the most modern, diverse city in all of Arcadia. All races and peoples come together in Altur, as well as a range of spiritual pursuits perhaps exemplified by the city's grand Temple of the Brilliant Cosmenia. Traders from all over the world come to Altur to peddle their wares, for which there are always buyers; everyone is looking for something, and someone always has what someone else is looking for in one of the city's several markets.
Transportation is also made highly accessible in Altur, with not only magically-powered gates available, but also airships. Altur is additionally accessible by water and on all major trade routes, making it the perfectly convenient destination for almost anyone in the world!
Leadership
The sovereign monarch of Altur is King Landgrave Brightheart, and his royal council oversees the day-to-day running of the kingdom.
Wrosthorne
The world-famous school of magic, Wrosthorne, is located well outside of Altur's city limits, though politically it is considered part of the kingdom.
