Whimsical Fae who's taken residence in the Castle of Delights as its self-proclaimed caretaker as an excuse to be close to mortals and observe how they fare without interference from...well, himself. A navigated Traveler, he's enamoured with people of all kinds and sorts.
Personality
Untiringly curious and dangerously whimsical, Jethro is a constant, wild flux of passions that rise and fall at the drop of a hat. His morals are quite outside of the understanding of mortals, and most of his actions tend to appear erratic. He often takes on pet projects of varying degrees of complexity and grandeur, and is known to abandon them with as much enthusiasm. He has a caring and even inspiring streak that can border on manipulation, for he still has a natural inclination to set things in motion, rather than observing them unfold.
Background
Jethro's most surprising aspect is that he was born a human, to human parents. The circumstances around his change into Fae during his teenage years are unclear, and he's never shared the story with anyone. It's clear however that he's no Changeling, but was made full Fae by perhaps magic itself, although one can only wonder what lead him to such an opportunity, and what the cost of the deal was. However it actually went, he caught the opportunity and paid the price, and found himself in a neverending, maddening dance of worlds and peoples, and new instincts and passions and desires that not only he hadn't taken into account when he'd taken that opportunity, but that were indeed utterly beyond what he could've ever grasped as a human. It took him time, and much pain to learn to deal with his own nature, and while his whole personality had been shaken by his experiences he never ceased to look at humans with pride and longing beyond his years. As he found his place in the Autumn Court and started mastering the arts of Traveling, he also accepted his duties and his role in the grand scheme of nature that was now in every fiber of his being. As it often happened, he fell in love with a great, romantic idea, this time made manifest in the Castle of Delights. Which he started exploring and interacting with on a deep level until he appointed himself as the Castle's caretaker, declaring to be its friend and offering his talents to those who would ask for them.

Athletics - Competent Level

A very active individual, Jethro benefits of a strong and nimble body and good stamina. He's a fast runner, can climb quickly and in general moves around with a natural, almost liquid grace.
Even withouth his fae charm or telepathy, Jethro knows which buttons to push, and is overall an extremely charismatic person with more than a knack for leadership. He's very adept at reading body language and can do so with individuals from a variety of cultures, and even many alien species.
Mental Discipline - Competent Level

Largely due to his strong telepathic abilities, Jethro has had to learn to keep his own thoughts in check and distinct from other people's. He's not only capable of holding up strong psychic defenses against intrusion and manipulation, but he can also keep a clear, rational mind in chaotic or stressful circumstances.
Occultism - Competent Level

Jethro is well-versed in a variety of mystical traditions and magical practices, and is quite knowledgeable about a variety of supernatural creatures. He's also adept at picking up subtle clues and behaviours typical of these races, granting him a chance at recognising them even when magical analysis or research isn't possible.
ABILITIES
Magic: Anemomancy - Supreme Level

This complex art is based on the conscious control and manifestation of the innate power of a Fae, who can learn to extend it as an impalpable wind and give it intent and substance. At the most basic level, this allows for the manipulation of already existing elements, and by converting the power into force physical objects may be manipulated. The power can also be converted into natural elements, but at a much greater cost in terms of energy and focus required to sustain the effect. These effects are relatively easy within Jethro's arm reach, but become more difficult very quickly the further he extends his power.
More interestingly, Jethro can detach a portion of his power from his aura and give it a basic agency and a task within the scope of Jethro's own powers and skills. Such an 'eidolon' may then be employed to relay a message, seek or communicate information, provide light and warmth to a room, guard or spy a place or person and many other actions. An eidolon's characteristics, power and task are fixed at the moment of creation, and cannot be changed until reabsorbed. The power invested in an eidolon is unavailable until reabsorbed, which weakens Jethro's overall magical capacity by one effective power rank per average eidolon manifested (minor ones with a smaller scope are less taxing. If an eidolon is destroyed via supernatural powers Jethro will slowly recover that power, but the experience is extremely traumatic and weakens him for some time, so he treats his creations with the care he'd grant a body part, which they are. Eidola however have the advantage of having a limited capacity to understand instructions and adapt to circumstances, and can travel fast without distance being any sort of issue. Astral Projection and the opening of portals may also be achieved through this craft.
At the higher end there's healing, which while effective is very taxing and can drain Jethro for days, elemental manipulation on a larger, localised scale, and potentially the creation of pocket dimensions or assuming lordship over a small section of the Otherworld, although these higher dimensional effects are still far beyond Jethro's current skill, and would require a huge investment of time and power.
Magic: Faerie Shield - Basic Level

Jethro can make his molecules vibrate at such a rate that mundane or electronic eyes of any kind may not see him, except for a vague trembling in the air where Jethro is. Supernatural senses, powers or spells of Enhanced level may completely pierce the invisibility, with lower-grade powers still reducing its effectiveness. Alternatively, Jethro may vibrate slightly out of phase with the physical forces of the world, enabling him to fly and causing him to emit a faint but visible light that makes him more visible. Despite the visual effects caused by this distorted luminescence, he does not grow wings, nor he shrinks to a ball of light.
Power: Fae Biology - Basic Level

Jethro is ageless, although he can be harmed and killed. He's significantly stronger, faster and nimbler than the average human, although his edge is not absolute, and is not as affected by weather and temperature. Finally, he's deeply in tune with nature, and can move in untamed environments with ease, nature itself subtly helping him or guiding him far from danger.
Power: Glamour - Enhanced Level

Like most of the Fae, Jethro has the ability to alter his appearance. He does this either subconsciously to adapt to the beauty standards of the world he's visiting or to take on a specific appearance. He can in theory mimic another person, but this requires intense study of the subject and a great deal of time and power, and the results are almost never perfect anyway. He can also manipulate perceptions and create illusions involving all senses, but these need to be . Finally, he can use his glamour to create any kind of object he can understand the structure of. This generally excludes any kind of mechanical or technological gadget (or at least working ones.) Moreover, these objects are not real, so Glamoured water or bread won't satisfy anyone, and any wound inflicted by a conjured weapon is illusory, vanishing with the item that inflicted it without leaving damages of any kind.
Power: Telepathy - Enhanced Level

Jethro has an especially strong innate telepathic talent. Assuming no mental shielding, Jethro can scan the surface thoughts of people around him with ease. In fact, particularly strong thoughts and emotions will often pierce his own defenses, and he sometimes finds himself knowing things he's just subconsciously picked up from people around him. With time and focus, he may also perform a deep scan of the memories and thoughts of a subject, and may alter them to a degree. He may also project his own conscious thoughts, the distance limits increasing with his familiarity with the subject.
ADVANTAGES
Jethro has a deep connection to nature and natural energies. He understands the languages of the worlds and is in peaceful rapport with animals, plants and the natural elements. They never attack or impede him, and might even assist and guide him.
Due to his status as semi-permanent resident of the Castle of Delights, he's learned many secrets about the place and has learned to navigate it with ease and confidence. He also has a special relation and some agreements in place with the Castle itself, and may ask for its aid while he's there.
As a Fae, Jethro moves, speaks and does everything with ineffable, liquid grace, and exudes such charm that may lead someone to overlook any flaw of his.
WEAKNESSES
Jethro is often subject to bouts of extreme emotional disregulation. In these periods, he can find himself weeping in front of an artpiece, even an especially mediocre one, or express unfathomable nostalgia in an almost lyrical way. While he can also get ecstatic, more often than not these shifts will be outright unpleasant.
Bane of some Fae and other supernatural beings, iron is able to sap his power and trap him. Wounds caused by irons are much more painful and slower to heal, and may in addition sap the power he requires to practice his sorcery.
He may never enter the private dwelling of a mortal uninvited, on pain of leaving almost all of his power at the threshold. Moreover, he's bound by courtesy to obey the residents' wishes for as long as he is within the walls of their home. This is a compulsion that's part of his nature and magic and he may not escape it, although he may always interpret and distort the orders whenever possible, or bargain his way out. Similar restrictions apply to privately owned public enterprises, but in this case Jethro cannot be commanded to remain within the premises.
While he can leverage the meaning of words and use context to his advantage, he may never say an outright lie, or say something he knows or believes to be untrue. This entails that he's bound to his freely given word to the letter, and coming short on his promises would give the other ample power to control him and his magics.
