Necromancers

Necromancers are widely regarded with fear and suspicion by most of the populace, but the practice of necromancy is not actually outlawed in any of the kingdoms.

OOC Notes

Necromancy is not (as it has been depicted in some media) an explicitly evil act, merely magic that hold sway over life and death. What one chooses to do with it defines any moral dimension to the practice, not the ability itself.
