Jupiter Cosmos was born on New Genesis and came of age as a New God, taking up the name and title of Prism, the Tomorrow Knight. Learning to use his newfound powers, he traveled to Earth and sought to become one of its champions, wishing to use the powers he had been granted to make the universe a better place. As it seemed that many great heroes had arisen from Earth, he sought to follow in their footsteps. On Earth, he has become a student at Sky High, seeking to learn the ways of being an Earth hero and follow in that grand tradition.
Background
Jupiter Cosmos was born in the Celestial City known as Supertown on New Genesis. He came of age in paradise, but as he approached his Rite of Ascension he was fascinated by the tales of Earth and by the adventures of those he idolized, such as Mister Miracle and the Forever People. After that event, he was imbued by the power of the Source to become a New God, and he took up the additional identity of Prism, the Tomorrow Knight. As it seemed that many great heroes had arisen from Earth, he sought to follow in their footsteps. Finding he still had much to learn, he chose to begin attending classes at Sky High, hoping to learn there how to become a hero in the grand tradition of Earth.
