No Man's Island
What was once an expensive parcel of real estate called Hope Island has become something else altogether. Covered in exotic plant life, it resembles an alien jungle, lush and strange. What appear to be giant mushrooms wind skyward around the elegantly-curved boughs of flowering trees to be found absolutely nowhere else. Distance seems to be problematically inconsistent here, too: There simply seems to be far more located in this mystical No Man's Land than the space should be able to contain. The fauna, similarly, varies wildly from anything that one might find outside, including strange animals unfindable outside and even animals unseen on Earth in quite some time.
From the occasional sighting of a unicorn to the odd glimpse of a dodo, it is unquestionable that magical infusion has changed the island irrevocably. Perhaps even more jarringly, given these fantastical surroundings, one may stumble upon the overgrown shell of one of the buildings that once dominated the island.
One must be cautious not to wander too far into the woods on this island.
