The Autumn Court, also known as the Shadow Court or the Goblin Court, is one of the four fairy courts, existing as the counterpart of the Spring Court. The court gains its greatest power around Samhain and holds its least power near Beltane. Their chief responsibility is maintaining and patrolling The Ways through the Otherworld. The Autumn Court is in some way the most shrouded in mystery, as some believe there is a darker legacy lurking beneath its fairly benign surface. It is sometimes referred to as "Unseelie."
