Billionaire Oliver Queen disappeared for nearly ten years as a young man, lost in a shipwreck before finding a way back to civilization. Unknown to most, he returned with skills forged in iron and fire, one of the world's greatest archers and a trained fighter of lethal potence. He's used those skills since his return under the guise of the Green Arrow, foiling villains by night.
Personality
Oliver Queen is bold, decisive, charismatic. He doesn't back down from anybody. He has a quick temper and is prone to getting into arguments, especially about politics or ethics. He's very protective of those in his charge and those who've earned his trust. He has little tolerance for fools and likes to play as hard as he works.
Background
Oliver Queen grew up spoiled in the lap of luxury. He wasn't a very good boy and was probably an even worse man at first, or, at least, he was poised to be. A cruise on his 20th birthday took a wrong turn and he found himself lost and stranded on an abandoned island. There, he would have to learn to survive. Having done archery as a kid, he made himself a bow out of local materials and set to work. His unstoppable will and drive to survive served him well. Eventually he found others there, other survivors. They taught him a lot of lessons. How to be a man. How to suffer. How to fight.
Ten years later, Oliver returned home, the prodigal son. He took up his family's company and helped return it to prominence. And, at night, he put on a costume, a hood and a mask and a bow, and went out to clean up the city he'd left behind. For the most part, he's succeeded, in a long and successful career as a crimefighter and a hero. Now he's thinking about his legacy as he gets a bit older, but he's not ready to hang up the tights just yet.

Oliver Queen is arguably the world's greatest archer. He's incredibly accurate, even under adverse conditions, even with unfamiliar equipment or strange winds. He spent so long on the island just firing, over and over again, honing himself into an incredible weapon. With a bow in his hand, he can do more than almost anyone, capable of hitting the eye of an eagle at a hundred yards in mid-flight.

Oliver Queen is worth approximately 17.4 billion dollars, according to his last stock market accounting. He possesses virtually limitless financial resources, including multiple homes, private planes, a wide collection of vehicles and incredible personal luxuries like suits and jewelry.
Oliver is the owner and CEO of Queen Consolidated, a multi-tiered conglomerate with ties to countless industries. He's one of the largest employers in his area and many buildings, facilities and shipping vehicles under his command.
Green Arrow has a secret headquarters that he refuses to call the 'Arrow-Cave'. Instead, he calls it the Quiver. Here he has costumes and weaponry to spare, along with computers to allow him to do advance investigation and crimefighting work. Those who work by his side will have their own spaces here and will have access to this hypersecure facility.
WEAKNESSES
Oliver thinks he's pretty amazing. He's right, but that doesn't mean he doesn't overshoot his own abilities sometimes even. Plus, it can be a little off-putting to others that he thinks so highly of himself.
Green Arrow has been an active superhero for many years and has made plenty of enemies. Not to mention the ones he made during his training before he took up the hood. There are always people gunning for Oliver Queen AND Green Arrow.
For all of his abilities, Green Arrow is not a superhuman. He often bites off more than he can chew just facing down his enemies with a set of arrows and a skill with martial arts.
Oliver has a sharp temper. He feels intensely about injustice and unfairness. He's not afraid to get in an argument with anybody, even people he likes, and he tends to hold grudges and not always be able to see other people's points of view.
