Franklin Richards is born to Reed Richards and Susan Storm-Richards. Nephew of Johnny Storm and God Son of Ben Grimm. He was born with potential to end all life in the Universe. Through a series of events, Franklin's power grew. And one day he had a vision of a future where he destroyed the Universe. He subconciously shifted to a different Earth. And he blocked away his own memories and his potential powers. With no memories, he found himself lost in this Earth and unsure of who he was exactly. All he knew was that his name was Frank from items found in his backpack. He was taken to Sky High when someone felt his potential and offered him a place to stay there.
Personality
Franklin is an interesting personality. He knows way too much about the Universe for someone his age. He knows about the existance of different paralel worlds and about the expanse of the Solar System. He also knows about the future. Too much about the future that someone his age shouldn't be burdened with. The weight of not just the world but the entire Universe was put upon his shoulders as an infant. He knows the potential that he is capable of. And that creates a constant fear in him that he will become that person in one of his futures. He is sweet and innocent and protective. He gets attached to people and then overly protective of them. He is super smart but after all he has experienced and been through in his young life, he wants to just be a normal kid sometimes. And then other times he wants to Traverse the universe with his Godfather Ben Grim. In the end he is just a good boy next store, all American like Apple pie, Captain America and his family, the Fantastic Four.
Background
Susan Storm-Richards had a very difficut pregnancy due to the Cosmic Ray's that imbued her and the rest of the Fantastic Four with powers. The cosmic energy was risking Sue and her unborn child's life. The rest of the Fantastic Four went risked their lives in the Negative Zone to retrieve an artifact that saved both Sue and her son. The boy was born without further incident and named Franklin for Sue and Johnny's father and Benjamin after Reed's best friend and the boys God Father, Ben Grimm.
Franklin developed his powers at an extremely early age. His father, studied the boy and came to conclusion about how significant his powers were. However Reed wasn't the only one who found the potential in the child. Franklin was kidnapped and brought to the Negative Zone. It was there that he was exposed to Cosmic Rays that accelerated his power development. After he was rescued by his family. His powers continued to grow and his power levels threatened to release enough psychic energy that could kill every living creature in the solar system. With a heavy heart, Reed searched for a way to stop his son and save everyone. However the experimental equipment did not work fully. It prevented the release of the deathly energy but it didn't work as planned. It left young Franklin in a coma. However an attack from Ultron caused Franklin's powers to defend himself and retaliate against Ultron. After this incident he was awake but his powers were dormant.
He had a fairly normal life as a child in the spotlight with his famous family. He learned how to use a gun at a young age to protect himself and he was a natural marksman. Even with no powers, Franklin had down an above average intellect that kept up with his genius father. He was able to learn multiple languages at an early age. He kept up activity with his superhero family. Franklin even 'normal' loved to explore the Universe with his family, especially Ben. He was adventurous and loved to learn. He was a sponge to absorb everything going on around him. He regained his powers again after an incident threatened his family. Franklin's returned powers were studied by his father. However he was still growing extremely strong.
Franklin had a terrible vision of the future and the vision caused a reaction inside of him. He vowed to not allow the vision to come to fruition. He would sacrifice himself to do it. His desire to live a normal life and not cause anyone harm had manifested in his power. He transported himself to another Earth. He wiped his memories of who he was and the vast majority of his powers were sealed up.
SKILLS
GENIUS - Expert: Franklin has been scored off the charts on tests for his intellect. He has already completed enough education to graduate from college with his Masters degree. However Franklin has opted to stay in school to try and pretend to have a normal life. This has often caused Franklin to pretend to not know the answer to things. Especially to those who do not know how truly intelligent he is.
GUNGSLINGER - Competent: Franklin is a surprisingly competent Marksman. He has great accuracy and his knowledge of guns is fairly extensive.
GYMNASTICS - Competent: Franklin's lean flexible build is perfect for performing acrobatic routines. He has a couple of years training in Gymnastics.
MARTIAL ARTIST - Competent: Franklin was trained by his Uncle the Human Torch and his god father the Thing. To defend himself as a normal human. He was trained in hand to hand combat to defend himself when he did not have powers. He became fairly experienced in how to handle himself in a fight. He was able to defend himself against guys who were bigger and stronger than him, using his speed, size and agility over pure strength. When he regained his powers, he started learning how to use his powers to enhance his combat prowess to defend himself.
POLYGLOT - Expert: With his higher than normal IQ, Franklin also has an uncanny ability to decypher languages. At an early age his parents exposed him to various languages. His father being a polyglot as well. Franklin was taught multiple languages at an early age. When his mutant powers kicked in, he was able to combine his telepathy with this skill. There is not a language that Franklin cannot learn without listening to the native speaker and reading the mind of a native speaker. He also can learn dialects without the use of his psychic abilities at a much faster rate than a normal human. With just a book he can learn the basics of a language in hours or days as opposed to weeks and months. The more complex the language the longer it takes to learn. However this even has gone on to work with alien languages.
WILLPOWER - Expert: Franklin's mind is a steal trap. The youth has a lot of training controlling his urges. He has trained to put up complex mental shields as well to make it difficult for other psychics from meddling with his head.
POWERS
MINOR MANIPULATION - Basic: With the psychic blocks and inhibitors in place, Franklin has his Reality Manipulation severely handicapped. In his every day life he only has basic control over this ability. This usually manifests in rather basic ways. Mostly it is Franklin being able to change simple things with his mind. He can adjust colors or his clothes, or repair small damage like a broken glass as long as all of the pieces are present.
MINOR TELEKINESIS - Enhanced: Franklin locked up his powers when he inflicted himself with Amnesia. The block has limited his abilities. He is left with limited telekinesis. Mostly this power is used to create a telekinetic barrier around himself. Frank's first and foremost instinct is to protect himself and survive. He is learning to project this invisible shield of force onto others. His limited training with this has only had success with tactile assistance. Meaning he has to touch the person he is trying to shield. He can use this level of telekinesis to improve his strength up to an enhanced level. Franklin's mind is not trained to multitask with this power yet. He can either create the shield, or use his telekinesis to move objects or do a force punch. He cannot maintain both at once. So it's either attack or defend. He can gift himself with flight with this ability but the speed is no where near as fast as his old self. Moving at enhanced speeds as opposed to the super sonic speeds of old.
MINOR TELEPATH - Enhanced: Franklin locked up his powers when he inflicted himself with Amnesia. The block has limited his abilities. He is left with limited telepathy and little control over it. The first part of his telepathy is that he often hears too much. A telepath who cannot control their power often hears so many voices that they can't focus on their own. On a one on one level, he only pries into peoples heads accidentally when he comes into physical skin on skin contact with someone. Catching the surface thoughts or random flashes of something from someone's past if it is a powerful memory. This isn't every time he touches someone, just happens randomly with no rhyme or reason. The other infliction is when he just hears everyone around him at once. It can be maddening if not focused upon. This happens more frequently if he is very emotional or lets his guard down. Which is why he tries to keep his willpower in check. He can with this power use weak jedi mind tricks on people however it does not always work and works best on people with simple minds or animals. He struggles the most with compelling someone to do something against their nature. He can communicate telepathically with people in the same vacinity as him.
PRECOGNITION - Enhanced: Franklin's psychic powers have also manifested in very accurate precognitive powers. However, Franklin has no control over these powers. They happen only when he is sleeping. His future sight see's one of the most probably outcomes of the future. It is not infallible, and can be wrong. These dreams however can be very scary for him. Sometimes he has dreams that are not prophetic at all and just that, a dream. However sometimes Franklin cannot tell if he is dreaming or seeing what might happen in the future.
REALITY MANIPULATION - Plot-restricted: Franklin has a supreme leveled ability to manipulate the very fabric of reality. In the past he has created pocket dimensions or alternative realities. The full extent of his powers has not fully been measured. However Franklin even at a young age has an understanding of how dangerous this ability can be. He put a psychic block upon himself and with the assistance of his father's inhabitor was able to block his powers from hitting the full potential, In thoery. This block only prevents him from using his power accidentally. However in a dire situation, Franklin's personal instincts will unblock the inhibitors in a life or death situation when the need overshadows the potential problems. In terms of game, the full potential of his power is in control of staff.

TELEKINESIS - Plot-restricred: Franklin is a psychic of extremely powerful proportions. Franklin is mostly a self taught telekinetic. His first and foremost ability with telekinesis was to copy his mothers invisible force shields. He is able to shield himself and others with a supremely powerful force shield. The bigger the area he is shielding, the harder it is to maintain the shield. His shields can last as long as his mental capacity can hold. With his telekinesis he can also levitate himself and fly at super speeds. He can also shield his body from the affects of traveling, however if he has to shield himself he must slow down his speeds. He can use his telekinesis to mimic super human strength. His telekinesis can also be used to create force punches. An invisible concentration of telekinetic force to push or pound his target. While his potential for telekinetic strength is almost unmatched on the planet, Franklin does not tap into these fullest powers due to his fear of losing himself to the potential fate of becoming the destroyer of the Universe. If he has to extend his powers for prolonged periods, he would suffer from the typical bleeding from his nose and more extreme ears and eyes. Extreme use after that may cause seizures or passing out.

TELEPATH - Plot-restricted: Franklin is a telepath of the highest order. Not only is super powerful, he has the ability to put up a mental barrier that blocks that power from pretty much any psychic. He can use his powers to make people believe that they do not see him. Best known as a Jedi mind trick. These are not the droids you're looking for 'type of deal. This is contested with a battle of willpowers. He can also read emotions from people and animals. With this power he can implant memories or suggestions into someone else's head. He can go into a brain and read thoughts and memories. The deeper into the subconscious the more difficult it is and more concentration it takes. He can also communicate with people telepathically and can link peoples minds for telepathic communication but only if they are all together at the time of the linking. He has to remain partially focused on the group when doing this and thus cannot tap into more complex use of powers at the same time. Franklin however is not fully trained. The extent of his power is not fully reached. He does not tap into that kind of power with fear of losing control. He also has a moral issue with completely messing with peoples minds and invading privacy. However he could completely wipe a mind with a deal of time and concentration.

TIME HOPPING - Plot-restricted: Franklin has a vast knowledge of time and space. Part of his reality manipulation allows him to hop through time and space. This power is not used lightly because of the consequences from time jumping. Franklin of the future has used this to hop back to try and prevent himself from becoming the one the prophecy foretold. This is not a trifle power used lightly as the butterfly affect alone of certain actions could ruin the future.

ADVANTAGES
EIDETIC MEMORY Franklin has an eidetic memory or often called photographic memory. He can recall images, sounds and other things in his memory with high precision after studying them for a short period of time.
WEAKNESSES
AMNESIA Franklin teleported himself to this dimension after he had an extremely emotional vision of his future. He saw himself destroying the planet. When he woke up, he found himself with Amnesia. He had no idea who he is and what he was capable of. He has no memories of his past. The only reason he knows his name is that it was in a book that he was transported with. He has no idea of his family and friends anymore. He is alone in this world. He has basic powers available to him. Limited telepathy, Limited telekinesis and the limited reality manipulation that he is not fully trained in.
ANIMAL LOVER Franklin has a soft spot for animals, especially innocent animals. He cannot see them hurt and will do anything to defend innocent creatures being harmed.
AVERAGE STRENGTH Franklin has the strength of a human his height and weight. He is not physically imposing that way.
BLOCKED MEMORIES Franklin imposed his own subconscious block upon his memories. It was his coping mechanism. The block on his memories goes on a psychic level that is locked up with a barrier that even the most powerful psychics cannot breach. On a psychic level his powers feel, basic. However the blocks in his head are scary powerful. A telepath who pries into his head can feel that power. It is enough to suggest to any telepath with the kind of power to feel that maybe we shouldn't mess with this lock for a reason. Inside of the barrier it feels like there is a dangerous wild presence stirring around, like this kid might have Pandora's box in his brain.
BLOCKED POTENTIAL Franklin has the potential to do some insanely powerful and extremely uncontrollable powers. Acknowledging this, he imposed a psychic block upon himself so that he doesn't accidentally let lose something that could destroy all the life in the Solar System. For the most part, Franklin has his full potential blocked until he has more control. Unless it is a life or death circumstance, these powers are blocked by himself to keep them in check.
Although Franklin's blocks are self-imposed, because of his amnesia he has forgotten how to remove them. Thus, he is not able to remove them even though he put them there. (To change this, the character would need to re-apply and be approved by staff.)
ENEMIES As a child of the Fantastic Four, Franklin has also picked up the enemies of his family. He has also become target of some nefarious supervillains who want to get revenge upon his family. People have also thought that they could take control of Franklin and he has become a target in that way as well.
FUTURE FATE It isn't just a prophecy anymore in one of the alternative futures, Franklin becomes one of the most powerful beings in the omniverse and can lead to the destruction of the universe. Franklin lives in constant fear of this coming true. He is afraid to tap into his full potential. He is also afraid that certain actions will ruin the universe. He sometimes hesitates before making final decisions to make sure that he isn't doing something that will come to bite him in the butt later.
MORALITY Franklin is a moral man. He has a strong ethical code instilled by his family. He believes in justice, and he does his utmost to abide by the golden rule. He does not believe in the death penalty and tries to subdue his enemies, causing as little harm to them, and collateral damage, as he can. It's not a very efficient means of battling supervillains. But it's the only way he knows.
NIGHT TERRORS Franklin has precognative abilities that manifest in his dreams. They are one of the possible outcomes of the future but he has a startling accuracy with his precog abilities. As such, Franklin has bad nightmares and sometimes wakes up with night terrors. They can be mild to just startling awake to screaming, waking up soaked to things like attacking or extreme circumstances uses of his power. The night terrors are worse depending on a vision he sees.
