The Cape Carmine Lighthouse is a decommissioned lighthouse located on the shores of Gotham Harbor, near where Knightsbridge crosses the Hob's River into Metropolis.
Officially, it is privately owned and used as a residence by Jason Todd. Secretly, it also houses the auxiliary crime-fighting lair known as The Robins' Roost.
