Patron of Conflict and Destruction
Ancient god of conflict and destruction, Worrak is a god who is rarely depicted in any form other than that of a centaur with spiraling obsidian horns and a large double-bladed spear. Known for his temper, to inoke Worrak into any place or situation is to invite death and destruction. As such, he was usually only venerated by the more grim of fighters and invoked only in time of war.
Some still say that anyone able to lift the spear of Worrak will be offered the ability to conquer all enemies they may be faced with, in exchange for joining Worrak’s army in the afterlife. Some also say that no one has ever survived trying.
Worship
Worrak’s places of worship were solid, sturdy, and attended entirely by warrior-clerics. Built by warlords and kings who began as warlords, Worrak’s temples were effectively training houses for those wishing to be schooled in the arts of war. Young people are taken in by Worrak’s priests and taught the different aspects of war, from basic fighting to advanced tactics to the care and keeping of war-mounts.
