Citadel Dominus is a techno-magical stronghold that can travel between worlds and places. It is often positioned somewhere in outer space, able to transport people there and back from great distances. It also possesses exceptionally powerful defenses, making it an extremely difficult place to assault or infiltrate. There, Xanthus can operate in security and safety, either working in seclusion or offering surprisingly excellent hospitality to favored guests.
